A football fan has slammed QPR charging nearly £40 for a restricted view seat.
Disgruntled Southampton fan Sam White tweeted the image of his view, at Loftus Road, to the Premier League after seeing his side clinch a 0-1 win at the London ground on Saturday (February 7).
Sam said he wanted a full refund from the Rangers after admitting he wouldn't have taken the ticket - which he paid £38 for - if he'd have known just how obstructed the view was and branded the price as "robbery".
"I think it is crazy that they can legally sell these," he said. "Whether £38 is cheap for a Premier League ticket or not, I wouldn't have taken the ticket for free having known the view.
"I don't understand how the club hasn't been sanctioned before, it is absolute madness. I would have been a lot angrier had we not grabbed a 90th-minute winner!
"I would definitely like the money spent on tickets refunded, more out of principle than annoyance.
"I don't think it's right that the entire block was up for sale. Some of the tickets sold were higher and further right than our tickets, giving an even worse view than my picture."
QPR did not wish to comment.
Would YOU pay £38 for this view at QPR?
