Felix Magath will again be without new signing Adam Taggart when Fulham travel to Derby County on Saturday.

The Australian striker has not featured yet this season and will miss the trip to the iPro Stadium due to a back problem.

Magath said: "He’s improving but he’s not training with us. It will last a few more days."

The Whites boss knows his side are going to be for a tough time against last season's beaten play-off finalists, who he believes should be playing in the Premier League.

Magath added: "I watched them last year at Brighton and in the final so I know they are one of the favourites because they were the better team in the final and they only struggled in the last minute. It's a tough game for us.

"They are not as physically strong as Wolves, Millwall or Ipswich were but they are a better team.

Despite losing their first three games of the season, Magath and his team are fully focused on their clash with Derby.

He added: "We go on and like always, we will talk about the game. We’ll prepare for Derby. It happens that you lose games but three in a row is a lot."

The game is also likely to come too soon for new defender Tiago Casasola, who joined on Friday from Boca Juniors.
