QPR have handed Hogan Ephraim a new deal that will keep him at Loftus Road until 2013.

The winger has made just one substitute appearance under Mark Hughes , and wasn't included in his 25-man squad.

Ephraim was expected to go out on loan again before leaving Rangers for good when his contract expires in the summer.

However, the Welshman has seen enough of the talented 23-year-old to hand him another 12 months in W12.
