Uwe Rosler will be in charge for Brentford's FA Cup clash with Carlisle United tomorrow, despite planned talks with Wigan over the vacant manager's post.

The Latics were granted permission to speak to the German last night, but Rosler took training as normal this morning at the club's Jersey Road base.

The 45-year-old is due to speak to Wigan officials over the weekend as the Championship outfit bid to thrash out a deal to find Owen Coyle's successor.

However, Brentford have confirmed Rosler will be in the dugout for the second round tie at Brunton Park.

Meanwhile, Rosler was named League One manager of the month for November and was presented with the award at the training ground on Thursday.
