It has been quite a season for Chelsea as the Blues ended their five-year wait to lift the Premier League and got their hands on the Capital One Cup - but who did you vote as your overall star man?

Jose Mourinho’s side were crowned champions on Sunday with three games to spare and finally clinched the crown with a narrow 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at the start of May.

In truth, it was only a matter of time before the destination of the silverware with Mourinho’s side having led the race from start to finish.

Manchester City’s title defence proved weak and has been over for months as the west Londoners ran away with the division.

Chelsea’s second half of the season was perhaps not as spectacular as the first, with the Blues coming in for criticism over their style of play.

However, critics were falling over themselves to praise the attacking prowess of Diego Costa and the creative flair of Cesc Fabregas as they proved instant hits at Stamford Bridge.

That superb start against Burnley was typical of their form earlier in the campaign and nobody can dispute Mourinho’s team are worthy winners.

Eden Hazard though was the undoubted star as he walked away with a cluster of personal awards after taking his game to the next level under Mourinho this term.

All season long we’ve been asking you for your ratings after games and it is no surprise to see Hazard’s name at the top of the pile when it comes to the overall averages.

Take a look at how the Blues rated this season below and we look forward to doing it all again in 2015-16!
