QPR are preparing for an intense match under the lights as they prepare to face rivals Fulham in the west London derby.

Ian Holloway will be keen to pick up three points going into the international break, so here's a look at the options at Ollie's disposal.

Squad overview

Striker Idrissa Sylla is set to come back into contention after missing Tuesday's trip to Barnsley.

Foot up: Idrissa Sylla (L) and Tomas Kalas vie for the ball

The Guinea international missed the clash with a knee injury, but is likely to take his place on the bench for tonight's game.

Elsewhere it's much the same squad that travelled to south Yorkshire, with just long-term absentees Nedum Onuoha, Grant Hall and James Perch expected to miss out.

Our prediction

I wouldn't be surprised to see Holloway make a couple of changes tonight.

The Hoops have lacked creativity in the last two games against Burton Albion and Barnsley, and so I think there will be a need to freshen things up, particularly in the attacking third.

Conor Washington was dropped to the bench against the Tykes on Tuesday night, so he's likely to take his place up front, while Jamie Mackie has started both games so far this week so he may well be a contender to be replaced by Matt Smith who had offered a focal point to QPR's attacks when introduced in recent weeks.

Elsewhere, Bright Osayi-Samuel will likely drop out of the starting XI after making little impact against Barnsley, meaning David Wheeler or Kazenga Lua Lua could come into contention on the left wing.

In terms of the defence and midfield I could see a similar line up to that which started against Barnsley, with the Hoops defence being one key redeeming feature in a disappointing few weeks.

Predicted XI: Smithies, Baptiste, Caulker, Robinson, Bidwell, Wszolek, Scowen, Luongo, Freeman, Washington, Mackie.

Who would you choose?

It's set to be one of the biggest games at Loftus Road this season, and big games call for big-game players.
