With the Championship kick-off on Saturday, we've taken a look to see who the bookmakers fancy to win the title.

And for Fulham fans the chances make good reading as they are one of the bookies' favourites to make it back to the Premier League.

The Whites squad has seen major changes since relegation from the top flight in May but the latest odds show they are expected to challenge for promotion back to the elite division.

Felix Magath's side released a number of players this summer while keeper David Stockdale and winger Ashkan Dejagah have both been sold.

And in have come the likes of striker Ross McCormack from Leeds, defenders Nikolay Bodurov and Kostas Stafylidis, the latter on a loan deal from Bayer Leverkusen, and midfielder Thomas Eisfeld.

And for now the Whites have also still got World Cup stars Bryan Ruiz and Greek striker Kostas Mitroglou still in their ranks.

And that seems to have influenced the bookies as they give Magath's men a 8.5 per cent chance of capturing the Championship crown with only Cardiff and Derby above them.

But across west London at Brentford, it's, as perhaps expected, going to be a different challenge for the newly-promoted Bees.

Mark Warburton has added the likes of Spanish midfielder Marcus Tebar and striker Scott Hogan to his squad.

And the bookies give them just a 1.8 per cent of winning the title as they predict the Griffin Park outfit will finish in the lower reaches of the division.

We've taken the average odds of each bookmaker as advertised on oddschecker.com to work out the percentage chance of winning the league for each team.
