Sergi Canos has been working on improving his strength ahead of his first full season as a Brentford footballer.
The popular Spaniard was at Griffin Park in the 2015/16 season on loan from Liverpool before he joined Norwich last summer.
His time at Carrow Road was a difficult one and he took a pay cut to return to TW8 in January and, in the first pre-season against Aldershot, looked as if he had added some muscle to his game.
Canos said: “I've been working hard as this year is really important to me and I want to make my best this season.”
Canos scored twice as Brentford claimed a 5-1 win over the Shots to make a strong start to the pre-season campaign.
He added: “It's the perfect way to start pre-season. It's a big win and we've started pre-season really well.
“I think the team in the second half played really good football. We've been training and pressing and the team did it and that shows in the result.”
