Brentford head coach Dean Smith sat down with the media on Friday ahead of the Bees' season finale against Blackburn on Sunday.

The west Londoners go into the game knowing what is at stake for Rovers, who will almost certainly be relegated if they lose, but Brentford can also secure a top 10 finish with a victory.

And Smith was keen to stress, given the furore over Huddersfield's team selection against Birmingham, that he will name a side he believes can win the game.

Unlike the Terriers, Smith doesn't have many options left available to him with Brentford down to the bare bones of their squad.

Rico Henry will miss the contest, as GetWestLondon revealed last Saturday, and Maxime Colin is also unlikely to feature for the Bees with Ryan Woods doubtful after an ankle injury. Long term absentees Alan Judge, Lewis Macleod and Josh McEachran remain out.
