QPR slipped to their second defeat in four days on their travels at Blackburn Rovers last night.
Rudy Gestede gave the hosts the early advantage with a 20-yard shot past Rob Green into the bottom corner.
Tommy Spurr doubled Blackburn's lead after the break, while Will Keane missed the chance to pull one back when he fired against the post.
“We are focused on making the play-offs now,” said boss Harry Redknapp.
“We just need to get a result or two to get us into the play-offs. We have got a big cushion but we need to go on a run to make sure we are heading into the play-offs with momentum.”
