AFC Wimbledon's play-off ambitions took a big blow as they went down 2-1 at Stevenage on Saturday.

Tom Pett drilled the hosts ahead from close range after the Dons defence failed to react to a second ball.

However, that lead lasted just three minutes as George Francomb curled in left-footed from 12 yards to level at the break.

But Stevenage moved eighth with a fourth win in five when debutant Deji Oshilaja's foul on Dean Wells allowed Simon Walton to score the winner from the penalty spot.
