QPR owner Tony Fernandes hailed Ian Holloway for brining pride back to the badge, despite not having won in five games and losing 1-0 to Preston.

Jamie Mackie was sent off in the 22nd minute at Deepdale as the Rs lost once again on the road courtesy of a Jordan Hugill strike in the dying moments.

The Rs haven't won away from home all season and find themselves in 18th place, just six above the drop zone after their recent run of results, but the owner has taken to Twitter to praise Holloway for brining pride back to the badge, as well as having a set of players that 'never give up'.

Two last minute goals saw them grab a point at home to Brentford in the west London derby last week and they next face a Leeds United side at Loftus Road who are still harbouring hopes of a Play-off spot this season.
