QPR face a difficult test when they welcome Aston Villa to Loftus Road this weekend.

The Birmingham-based side are tipped as one of the favourites to secure promotion to the Premier League this season, and with the acquisition of former-Chelsea captain John Terry, they showed that they weren’t messing around.

But with the defender out of action, who are the key players to watch out for? We take a look at three Villa stars who could make a difference on Saturday.

James Chester

The 28-year-old has been an ever-present in Villa's defence this term, putting in a string of consistent performances.

Chester has a wealth of experience at Championship level with Hull City, and his know-how at this level will be even more crucial in the absence of John Terry.

Conor Hourihane

The Republic of Ireland international has had a fantastic start to the season, scoring five goals so far this term.

The 26-year-old is a real all-round midfielder, and he'll certainly provide a tough test for Massimo Luongo in the midfield battle at Loftus Road.

Albert Adomah

Tackle: Albert Adomah holds off Jake Bidwell

The winger has recaptured the form which saw him play a key role getting Middlesbrough promoted to the Ptemier League in 2016.

A Ghanaian international, London-born Adomah will be looking to cause problems cutting in from the left flank, something which contributed to his six-goal haul so far this term.
