Darren Butler hit a hat-trick as Bedfont Green Youth U14s stayed on course for another trophy on Sunday.

Butler's treble, plus strikes from Jordan Hart, James Sutherland, Carlos Marron and Jimmy Hamlet earned a 7-0 win over West Drayton Explorers in the Slough & Berkshire Open Cup semi-final, setting up a Bank Holiday final date with Burnham Juniors.

Karl Yates went one better with four goals as the U16s added to their League cup win last week by securing the Premier Elite runners-up trophy. Oscar Guaye also scored twice as they hammered North Greenford United 6-0.

Another trophy was also landed by the U9s, who added to their league title with victory at the Hercules FC summer tournament in Aylesbury.

They scored 10 goals - with three each for Killian Newport and Nicholas Hashimi and two each for James Newport and Tyler Smith - and conceded none to win, as Ben Bowery saved a penalty.

It was a bitter-sweet day for Jordan Hardman, who netted his 200th goal for the club in their Slough Cup semi-final against Woodley Town, but his side went down 7-1.

Four different players netted - Connor Woodburn Hall, Alfie Shrubb, Matui Dowling and Sam Willis - as the U11 Youth returned to winning ways with a 4-0 win over Barnes Eagles.

Meanwhile, the U8 Youth warmed up for their forthcoming tour with two inter-club friendly wins.

First, on Saturday, they beat the U9 Colts 6-0 thanks to braces from Daniel Hamlet and Ryan Couch, plus goals from Charlie Sumpter and Lewis Wood.

Then , the following day, a 5-0 win over the U8 Colts saw Couch, Hamlet, Sumpter and Kyle Carton on the mark, with an own-goal completing the scoring.
