With another summer of upheaval likely at Loftus Road, we decided to take a look at seven of the more high-profile departures from Queens Park Rangers in the last 12 months.

Rob Green (Leeds United)

It hasn't been the best season for the former-England goalkeeper since his move from Loftus Road. After his howler on his debut against QPR, Leeds came up short in their race for the play off positions, missing out by five points. It looks to be another summer of upheaval for the Elland Road side after Garry Monk decided to resign.

Leroy Fer (Swansea City)

A season which appeared doomed to failure for new club Swansea City turned into one of Jubilation. Fer, who moved to the Liberty Stadium last summer, made 36 appearances and scored six goals on the way to securing survival for the Swans under Paul Clement, with Fer being a vital member of the team.

Matt Phillips (West Bromich Albion)

Phillips has had a successful year since signing for West Brom for a reported £5m fee. The winger made 24 appearances for the Baggies, scoring four goals and getting eight assists in 24 appearances for the club.

Alejandro Faurlin (Getafe)

Signed for Spanish Segunda League side Getafe after becoming a free agent last summer. Faurlin has been a regular for Getafe, who are currently third in the league and appear likely to have to battle it out in the play offs as they seek a return to La Liga.

Junior Hoilett (Cardiff City)

Signed for Cardiff City after becoming a free agent in the summer. Has been a regular in Neil Warnock's side, making 32 appearances for the club as they finished 12th in the league.

Sebastien Polter (Union Berlin)

Signed for German Second Division side Union Berlin in January and has hit the ground running scoring seven goals in 15 appearances. A player who QPR will soon see again soon as they travel to take on the Berlin side on July 22 as part of Polter's move to Germany.

Sandro (Antalyaspor)

The high profile midfielder was offloaded to Turkish Super League side Antalyaspor by Ian Holloway in January. Now playing alongside Samuel Eto'o and Jean Makoun, Sandro has made 11 appearances for the side who sit fifth in the league with just one match remaining.
