QPR's key clash with Swansea City tomorrow night (tuesday) has been postponed because of the snow storms and forecasts of further adverse weather.

The Rs - unbeaten in eight Championship games and on the fringes of the play-off positions following Saturday's 0-0 draw with high-flying Reading - have undersoil heating at Loftus Road but potentially treacherous travel conditions prompted an early decision to cancel the fixture.

No date has been identified yet for when the game will go ahead against the Swans, who are also in a rich vein of form and just behind the Rs in the table.

Next week's trip to Cardiff City on Sunday, February 15, has also been shelved because of this week's snow.

That is because the Bluebirds' FA Cup replay at Cardiff City tomorrow night has been called off and will now go ahead on February 14 - the date when fifth round FA Cup ties are played.
