How do I get there on the tube?

On a normal running day, the closest tube station to the stadium is Fulham Broadway , which is on the District line and is a three-minute walk away from the ground.

Fans are advised by the club to take a Wimbledon-bound tube if changing at Earls Court Station .

There are also two Overground stations near to the stadium. West Brompton and Imperial Wharf are around a 15-minute walk away and are easily accessible as both lie on a direct line between Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction .

On exiting West Brompton, turn right, then right again into Brompton Cemetery. The ground soon comes into sight on your right-hand side.

Chelsea advise that the nearest overground rail stations and bus hubs to Stamford Bridge are as follows: Putney Bridge, Wandsworth Town, Kensington Olympia, Putney, Clapham Junction, Shepherd’s Bush and Victoria.

What about other modes of transport?

There are two main bus stops outside Stamford Bridge on the Fulham Road .

Fans should use the number 14, 211 and 414 buses to travel to the stadium on matchdays.

There is also the opportunity to travel on the River Thames to the Bridge for midweek games.

River boats run regularly from Monday to Friday, with the closest pier to the stadium Chelsea Harbour.

The club advise strongly against driving to Stamford Bridge on matchdays as there are parking restrictions in place around the ground.
