Ryan Fredericks wants Fulham to push on after the international break and push the top sides in the division

A lot of the Fulham team have left for international duty but those who remain are being put through their paces at Motspur by Slavisa Jokanovic

Ryan Fredericks wants Fulham to use the international break to crack on during the international break and continue their form of winning games once the season starts up again.

The Whites are unbeaten in their past three games before the break, taking seven points from Middlesbrough, Nottingham Forest and QPR, scoring six times in those games.

A lot of the side have left Motspur Park for internaitional duty, but Fredericks has revealed that Slavisa Jokanovic doesn't allow those who remain much time off and has them back in training working on news things in order to be ready for the Preston game.

The 24-year-old has said that the club don't set themselves too many targets, but he wants his side to continue winning games after the break and to make sure they're right in the mix with the top teams in the division.

He said: "I'm just going to rest up really, rest up for a few days and then crack on.

"With the manager here, we don't get too much time off with the international break, it's straight back to work.

"There's stuff to work on and that's what we've got to do the next couple of weeks and be ready for the Preston game.

"Everyone will come back in happy spirits, some of the lads are going away for the internationals but when they're back we'll all be back right at it.

"We haven't set too many targets, we know we have good enough players and a good enough team to be right up in the mix - we just want to keep winning games and see where we are at the end of the season.

"But if we play to our potential then there is no doubt we should be right up there."
