Brentford goalkeeper Dan Bentley has edged out John Egan and Ryan Woods to be named by the fans as the Bees' player of the season so far.

GetWestLondon asked you to rate the players out of 10 so far this campaign and, with a score of 8.4, the former Southend keeper finished on top.

Egan and Woods were a joint second behind Bentley, both of them polling 8.3 with Scott Hogan in fourth with a score of 7.9 and Harlee Dean just 0.1 behind him.

Maxime Colin was sixth with a rating of 7.6 and Josh Clarke was the other Brentford player to score above seven with a mark of 7.2.

Nico Yennaris, Andreas Bjelland both polled 6.7 with Lewis Macleod attaining 6.4 and Romaine Sawyers 6.2.

Josh McEachan and Lasse Vibe both were deemed 6/10 with Sullay Kaikai and Callum Elder polling 5.2.

Regular substitute at the start of the season Sam Saunders rounded off the table with a score of 5.1.
