QPR will hand a debut to Gabriele Angella against Nottingham Forest tomorrow – but Yun-Suk young is not yet ready for first-team action.

The South Korean international is physically fit following a knee injury, and head coach Chris Ramsey wants the left-back to feature in an U21 game or two before returning to the Championship fray.

Nedum Onuoha will partner Watford loanee Angella in the centre of defence, although Ramsey felt a modicum of sympathy for Grant Hall who takes a seat on the bench after featuring in the 1-0 win over Huddersfield last time out.

Not yet: Yun Suk-Young (L)

“Grant came here hoping to develop, and he’s succeeded our expectations, but now might be a good time for him to come out after he’s done well so far.”

Rangers are looking for four wins on the bounce in the lunchtime kick-off, and are also hoping Massimo Luongo has recovered from jet lag incurred after playing twice for Australia during the international break.

Ramsey said: “Gabby’s (Angella) worked hard in training, and Mass has not trained with us since he’s been back, but we hope he’s fresh and in contention for a place.”

Midfielders Jamie Mackie, Sandro and Leroy Fer will also sit out the visit of Forest.
