Harry Redknapp is fingering the worry beads over Nedum Onuoha and Sandro ahead of the clash with Aston Villa on Monday.

The former Spurs midfielder picked up a 'bit of a groin' against Liverpool last week, according to the manager, and defender Onuoha went off at half time in the 3-2 defeat.

Jordon Mutch and Joey Barton are already sidelined along with long-term injury Alejandro Faurlin, and even when pushed the boss was playing his cards close to his chest whether he would stick with Alex McCarthy in goal after the former Reading keeper's debut against Liverpool.

Worry: Onuoha

"The ones that were out before are still out," the manager said. "We're still waiting on a couple of injuries, but the others are not ready yet.

"I have made a made a decision on the keeper for Monday, but I'm not telling you."

Rio Ferdinand has recovered from a slight groin problem, and Niko Kranjcar has been ill with a flu-like virus this week, but despite a broken toe has declared himself fit to face Villa.
