JAY Bothroyd has warned Manchester City they better be prepared to rough it at Loftus Road on Saturday – or else.

Rangers will be hoping to produce another shock against Roberto Mancini's millionaires following their west London derby win against Chelsea a fortnight ago.

Midfielder Shaun Derry insists the Blues 'lost their heads' following some tough tackles from their rivals, and Bothroyd has warned the Premier League leaders they're in for the same treatment.

He said: "We have to frustrate them as much as we can and try and nick a goal.

“On any day if a team doesn't turn up they can be turned over. Blackpool showed that last year and others will this year. The Premier League is the best league in the world because anyone can beat anyone.

“We're under no illusions that Man City are a world-class side, but we have to make it difficult for them.

“They're the kind of games you look forward to because you're playing against some of the best players in the world and you've got to try and embrace that."
