Joel Lynch believes Ian Holloway's game plan is starting to reap rewards at QPR.
Rangers had lost six of the new Rs boss' first seven games in charge before turning things around and picking up three wins on the spin in the league.
And Lynch believes that the club can maintain their upward trajectory through their hard work.
“I think the game plan is starting to work. We're working hard and the lads are willing to work hard through the week. We're winning games and moving up the table,” he said.
“It's positive. We had a bad run and now we're on a three game winning streak. We're grinding out results but it's positive for the club and we're looking to move up for the table.”
Jamie Mackie's goal was the difference on Thursday night as Hoops won away at Reading and Lynch was full of praise for the Rangers hero.
He added: “I think it's always like that against your old club. He's been out for so long, it's positive that he's come back.
“He's so good to have in the team got to get himself fitter and he'll improve. He has a massive impact on the dressing room. He's great to have. His enthusiasm rubs off on everyone else.”
