Jamie Mackie believes it's about time he won a game against Fulham with QPR in his career.

The forward went off injured in the 4-0 loss under Chris Ramsey last season and then suffered in the 3-0 reverse at Loftus Road in February.

Mackie was out injured when Rangers triumphed at Loftus Road earlier this season and hopes his luck can turn against Slavisa Jokanovic's men.

The QPR hero said: "I think that I definitely owe them one, that's for sure. It's about time I won a fixture against Fulham.

“It's a game I always look forward to, which sounds strange, because I haven't got a very good record against them at all but I can't wait for the game.

“I've got a few demons to put to bed, as it were. I've had a couple of tough games against them and an injury against them, so I can't wait to get out there on Saturday with us hitting a bit of form.

“They are a very good side, they pass the ball well, so the manager has got us well-drilled for the game.

"I'm expecting a good game because we've hit a bit of form and we're confident so I can't wait for the fixture."
