THERE'S still a bit of one-upmanship to play for as far as Esteban Granero is concerned.

The Spanish midfielder, who was linked with Real Betis this week, faces friend Santi Cazorla in Saturday evening’s clash with Arsenal at Loftus Road, insisting there will be no let-up despite a drop to the second tier.

“Santi is a great player and person,” said Granero.

“But you’ve got to play for your pride. Now that we know the situation maybe we are going to start to play better.”
