QPR will not pursue Manchester City's Kaspar Schmeichel as an emergency loan-signing.

The Manchester City keeper was being eyed up as back-up for Lee Camp.

But after Radek Cerny recovered from a hamstring injury this week, Rangers will have both first-team keepers available to face Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Saturday.

Rangers only got back to training on Tuesday, after Monday's snow put the Harlington training ground pitches out of bounds.
