QPR have provided an injury update on defenders Nedum Onuoha and James Perch ahead of the weekend's trip to Bolton Wanderers.

The Hoops have confirmed that Onuoha is on track to return in six weeks time. The defender has been out of action since tearing his hamstring in the 2-2 draw with Millwall in September.

This means that the 30-year-old could make his return in the trip to face Preston North End on December 2.

As for Perch, the club have confirmed that he's on track to return to the first team in three weeks.

The defender suffered a dislocated knee in August, but should be in line to return after the international break when the Hoops host Aston Villa at Loftus Road.

Ian Holloway also confirmed the news broken by GetWestLondon earlier this week that Jordan Cousins is set for a first team return this weekend, saying "Jordan has done very well and will be in the squad for the weekend.”
