NEIL Warnock wants Crystal Palace fans to boo him to the echo on Saturday – in fact, the louder the better reckons the QPR boss.

According to the man who swapped south for west London at the beginning of last month, it will prove he did a decent job in his three seasons at Selhurst Park.

Warnock was only too willing to agree supporters never boo a duff manager returning to a club he supposedly left in the lurch – and will happily take the flak if it gives Rangers breathing space at the foot of the Championship .

He said: “Someone told me I can’t lose tomorrow – they’re both my teams.

“The other side of the coin is I know this Palace team should be in the top six – they’ve got the players that are good enough and it will be tough for us.

“So if Palace fans give me stick – I’m used to it. But even the loudest will know the only reason I left was because they were docked 10 points for going into administration.”
