Queens Park Rangers manager Ian Holloway admits he will be on a scouting mission next weekend in the lower leagues, with no games played in the Premier League and Championship.

It's the international break, with the Hoops' next game not until Friday, March 31, at Derby County.

Get West London asked Holloway what his plans were for the week coming and weekend, and he is set to speak to his scouting team to see if there any players worth looking at for the summer.

"I'm going to have some days off first," he told us.

"I can watch some slightly lower league football than we're in and see if there are any gems out there.

"I'll catch up with my scouting network to see where they might want to send me, just to have a little look.

"Hopefully I can also have some cuddles with my new grandchildren as well and enjoy the fact that we've got a team who wears the shirt how I want them to really.

"I think it's a fantastic feeling right now."
