Frustrated Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and 15,000 QPR fans had to witness a last-minute Hull winner - and the Rs boss admitted his side currently lacks 'self belief.'

Rangers looked to have rescued a point when Sebsastian Polter's header cancelled out a Tigers opener from Abel Hernandez.

But a terrible mix-up between Grant Hall and Rob Green in the last minute gifted Hull a winner.

Hasselbaink's wait for a first win since taking over continues.

Gaffe: Rob Green

He said: "I'm very frustrated. We didn't deserve to come away with nothing. We matched them well and looked good, but we lack a little bit of self belief and conviction that we can do it.

"We have been punched and we feel a bit groggy. You have to be concentrated and we had a mix up and a loss of communication and they scored a lucky goal. We got sucker-punched."

Hasselbaink pulled no punches in working out who, or rather what to blame for the defeat that leaves Hoops marooned in 15th place.

"Concentration, concentration, concentration; we need to work on that," the gaffer said.

"It's hard to take, but we have to move on."
