QPR found themselves on the end of an FA Cup upset as they were beaten 3-0 by Sheffield United.

The Hoops were dumped out the competition by the League One outfit courtesy of a brace from Jamal Campbell-Ryce and a Marc McNulty goal.

Nigel Clough’s men shocked Fulham and Aston Villa on their way to the semi-final last time out and have already beaten top-flight West Ham and Southampton in the Capital One Cup this season.

And the Blades continued that trend with an impressive victory in W12 as the R’s lost on home soil for the first time since October.

QPR boss Harry Redknapp slammed his side's lacklustre display.

He added: “We had to make some changes because of the number of games we’ve played. The lads you bring in, you hope they’ll come in and do a job.

“But we looked lethargic, they looked sharp and they thoroughly deserve their win. There aren’t many positives I can take. There aren’t any, in fact."
