Alex Pritchard struck the winner at Elland Road as Brentford beat Leeds United to climb to fourth in the Championship table.

The on-loan Tottenham Hotspur midfielder finished off a fine second-half Bees move to grab the points after United had seen three penalty claims turned down.

Referee Graham Salisbury made himself unpopular with the Yorkshire crowd but the battling Bees didnt care as they leapfrogged Ipswich in the standings.

Mark Wartburton’s side are back in action on Tuesday night as fellow promotion chasers Watford visit Griffin Park.

The Hornets, managed by Slavisa Jokanovic, won 1-0 at home to Blackburn Rovers this afternoon and lie sixth in the table.
