Ernest Owuru bagged four goals as St Margaret's came from 4-1 down at half-time to beat Gaffneys Rangers 8-4 in the Riverside Challenge Trophy on Sunday.

Saints went three goals down in an error-strewn first-half before Owuru pulled one back, but they conceded again before the break with a Mark Gough own-goal.

Paul Summers pulled another back after the break, then Owuru grabbed his second before Mark Usher rounded the keeper and finished from a tight angle for the equaliser. Bernard Attoh's fierce drive put Saints in front before Owuru's third and fourth sealed the game, and defender Robbie Macaskill put the icing on the cake in the dying moments.

Owuru had now netted 11 goals in three Riverside Trophy games this season, and 31 in 13 games this season in all competitions.
