Millwall midfielder Jed Wallace says Saturday's clash with Brentford is 'right up their street' as Championship action resumes after the international break.

The Bees will be hoping to extend their unbeaten run in the league to five games when they take on the Lions, but Wallace says that the occasion might play to Millwall's strengths.

Speaking to

, he said: "The international break has come at the right time for us with the couple of knocks,” Wallace said. “It’s a good game for us: London derby, small pitch, tight stadium. It’s right up our street.

“Brentford are a very, very good side. They have outstanding players.

“They’ve probably not had the start they wanted. They were probably similar to us at the start of the year, playing well but not winning. I’ve seen them batter teams but not get the points.

“It’s going to be a clash of styles and it’s a game we’re looking forward to.

“We’ve got two massive games coming up, Birmingham and Brentford, and we need to be on the front foot in both.”
