Shaleum Logan has been given assurances over his Brentford future after showdown talks with manager Mark Warburton.
The former Manchester City defender hasn’t started a game since October, with Alan McCormack being preferred at right-back.
However, Logan, who is entering the final six months of his contract, made a brief cameo in Sunday’s win against MK Dons.
And the 25-year-old insists he’s not seeking a move away from Griffin Park ahead of the January window.
He said: “I know I’ve got the talent to play, but in all fairness to Alan McCormack he’s doing a good job.
“I don’t have any hard feelings towards him or the manager because the team’s winning and we’re top of the table.
“I’m happy here but obviously I want to play first-team football. I spoke to the manager the other day and he has reassured me that I will get time on the pitch.
“The first game since that meeting I got some minutes, so that’s all I can ask.”
