KIERON Dyer is using a revolutionary new running system to speed up his recovery from injury.

The QPR star has been sidelined since the opening-day defeat to Bolton Wanderers after suffering ligament damage in his foot just minutes into his debut.

However, Dyer is using a weight-bearing running treadmill to accelerate his recovery process and could be back in action as early as next month, according to his boss.

“He's ahead of schedule but he's still a few weeks off,” said Neil Warnock .

“It will be the middle of December before he can play. He trained this week and is working really hard.”
