MARTIN JOL says he is no longer thinking about relegation, after his team chalked up their third league win in a row.

Before the current run of wins, the Fulham boss said he was only focused on getting to the magic 40-point mark which usually heralds Premier League safety.

But such has been his team's form that the Dutchman is allowing himself to be a little more ambitious. His team are currently eighth.

“Teams around us like Sunderland have done well and Swansea have been a revelation. But we are higher in the league than them, so I think we've done well.

“I don't want to talk about relegation any more. Of course, three games ago, we were on 27 points and our target was 40 points to stay in the league, but there are a lot of teams in the league with the same feeling.

“I said at the start of the season that our position was a bit false and we wanted to be a top 10 team structurally and now I think we can do that.”
