International action: Stefan Johansen

A whole team full of Fulham players have received international call-ups – with no less than 11 set to be in action over the coming week.

Leading the way are Stefan Johansen (Norway), Mattias Kait (Estonia), Tomas Kalas (Czech Republic), Neeskens Kebano (Congo), Oliver Norwood (Eire) and Tim Ream (USA), who are in their respective countries' squads for World Cup qualifiers.

Aron Davies and Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson will hope to play in European Championship qualifiers for Wales U21s and Iceland U21s, but Sheyi Ojo had withdrawn from the England U21 squad due to his injury picked up in the win over QPR.

There have also been call-ups for Tayo Edun for an England U20 friendly; Mikolaj Kwietniewski for a Poland U19 European qualifier, and Steven Sessegnon for an England U17 World Cup qualifier.

Back in West London, Whites boss Slavisa Jokanovic is still hoping to hold a friendly during the international break to test the fitness of his players.

Meanwhile, the club will next week be holding two public consultations regarding the Riverside Stand redevelopment at Craven Cottage.

The exhibitions will provide an opportunity for supporters to learn more about the plans and provide any feedback, and both will take place at the Café at the Cottage – from 2-8pm on Thursday, October 12, and 9am-1pm on Saturday, October 14.
