Hull City have wrapped up the signing of Brentford's Moses Odubajo - a week after first moving for the England U20 defender.

The Tigers, relegated from the Premier League last season, activated a release clause in Odubajo's contract when they tested the water with a £3.5 million bid.

Although this appeared to spark some interest from top flight clubs, with Everton thought to be long time admirers of Odubajo, it was Hull who landed his signature for that very same figure.

Hull have also been sniffing around Odubajo's former Bees team-mate Andre Gray and were reportedly ready to pay £7milion for the pair, but Brentford want at least £7million for Gray on top of what has already been shelled out.

The 22 year old played 45 Championship games for the Bees last season, scoring three goals, as well as making his international debut.

Having started the season on the wing, he quickly made the right-back spot his own after being moved there following an injury to Alan McCormack.
