Lee Carsley's time in charge of Brentford will come to an end this week and he bowed out in style after his side beat Nottingham Forest in stoppage time.
His reign lasted less than two months but he has overseen a remarkable turnaround since the start of October.
The lowpoint of Carsley's reign was his first week as Brentford appeared to be a club in crisis after losses to Derby and Birmingham.
The Bees went into the international break in 20th place and outside the relegation zone on goal difference.
Just seven games later, Brentford sit in 11th place, four points off sixth and nine points clear of the bottom three.
The highlight of those seven games was the 1-0 win over west London rivals QPR on October 30.
Below, GetWestLondon looks back on the key events of Carsley's reign.
