Fulham edged out Brentford in round two on Tuesday night and will now take on Doncaster Rovers at Craven Cottage.
Both matches will take place in late September.
Burton Albion, who dumped QPR out of the competition tonight, were rewarded for their efforts with a home draw against Brighton.
