"He's got a bit of everything" - Bristol City boss heaps praise on Brentford's new hero

Ollie Watkins has been described as having 'a bit of everything' by Bristol City boss Lee Johnson.

While Robins goalkeeper Frank Fielding was probably the best player on the pitch on Tuesday night, the Brentford forward was a close second, dazzling the City defence on multiple occasions, heading home the equaliser to make it 1-1.

And Johnson believes he has the potential to summit the heights of English football.

When asked about the performance of Watkins, the Robins boss said: “He's a good player. Brentford did really well to get him through the door. He suits the style they play and he's dangerous.

“I was disappointed with the way we conceded. He's got a bit of everything and he has the potential to go right the way to the top.”

Watkins and Brentford travel to Ipswich, who currently boast a 100 per cent record in the league, on Saturday.
