Eden Hazard is the best young player in the world, says Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.
However, the Blues manager says it is not yet possible to compared the Belgian with the 'monsters' of world football.
Hazard has been elevated to a new level in recent weeks, with performances that have seen him described by many as simply unplayable for opposition defenders.
His hat-trick against Newcastle on Saturday, his first in English football, took his tally for the season so far to 14.
Mourinho did not stop short in singing the 23-year-old's praises.
“Very good,” he said of him. “I think in this moment he's the best young player in the world.
“I don't want to compare him with the monsters, because the monsters have 10 years of career, winning trophies, scoring goals; I think it's not fair for the monsters and it's not fair for the kid to make that comparison.
“But as a young player I don't see a better young player.”
