Hayes & Yeading United will be looking for their first win in 11 games when they host Concord Rangers at Kingfield tomorrow.

United welcomed two new players into their squad this week and it immediately sparked a reaction as they secured their first point of the New Year on Thursday with a 0-0 draw at play-off chasing Bishop's Stortford.

Phil Babb strengthened his team with strikers Freddie Ladapo, on loan from Kidderminster Harriers, and Patrick Cox from Fleet Town.

Both impressed on their debuts on Thursday and are expected to feature again.

Babb also recently acquired 20-year-old Waltham Forest goalkeeper Charlie Crowley though he is not expected to dislodge current number one Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz.

When the teams met in the reverse fixture back on January 11, it was Rangers who came out on top winning 3-1.

Concord’s captain Tony Stokes scored either side of half time to inspire the victory.

In that time Rangers have won six matches and are now gone five games without a defeat.
