The inaugural HDDA Wednesday League enters its final week with just one match remaining and second place anything but sorted.

Five Spuds & A Passion wrapped up the top spot two weeks ago, but now stand in the way of Cowboys & Indian claiming runners-up spot.

Part Timers have every reason to hope Five Spuds beat Cowboys - they currently hold second and will claim it permanently if the champions do the business.

In the Thursday League, Jason Clark, Steve Dolan, Seamus Gregory and Mark Williams beat the Chiswick Club Society C in the final of the annual Fours Competition 2-0.

Chiswick C that was Ashleigh Britnell, Steven Britnell, Isnardo Diaz, Rocky Shallone, Colin Raven, and Kevin Robinson saw off stiff competition on the way to the final, and were well-deserved runners up.
