Lucas Piazon was naturally disappointed after Fulham were beaten by Bristol City and it was made worse by the fact fellow Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham scored the winner.

The Brazilian opened the scoring after 14 minutes with a cute header from Cauley Woodrow's cross.

Aaron Wilbraham levelled just before half-time against the run of play which got Bristol City back into the contest.

Woodrow then missed a penalty before fellow Blues loanee Abraham scored a late winner, handing him the bragging rights over Piazon.

He said: “It's disappointing for us to lose. The way we played the first half – we were dominating the game and creating chances.

“To lose the game at the end is disappointing but we keep going. We have a game on Saturday against them and keep looking forward.

“It's worse (for me that Abraham scored). He's doing very well this season. He's a goalscorer and will score many goals this season. He's a great player.

Fulham have a chance to put things right on Saturday when they face the same opposition but the word revenge is not being spoken in the dressing room.

Piazon added: “I don't think we're thinking about revenge. We're just looking for three points and going up in the table.”
