Fulham striker Cauley Woodrow has been called up to the England Under-21 squad for next week's Euro qualifier with Wales.

The 19-year-old has burst onto the scene at Craven Cottage this season and scored his first senior goal in Sunday's 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.

And the former Luton Town frontman has received another boost after getting the nod by Gareth Southgate.

England face Wales at Swansea's Liberty Stadium on May 19 before jetting to France for the Toulon tournament where they take on Qatar, Colombia, Brazil and Korea Republic.
