Fulham want Stoke City striker Cameron Jerome to spearhead their bid to return to the Premier League at the first time of asking,

Jerome, who spent last season on loan at Crystal Palace, is at the top of the Cottagers' list of summer targets, according to the Sun on Sunday .

The 27 year old former Cardiff and Birmingham front man could be a replacement for Konstantinos Mitroglou, who flopped following his January arrival at the Cottage and is attracting interest from Italy.

Meanwhile, Palace, where Jerome was a hit on loan last season, are believed to be in the market for Fulham midfielder Kieran Richardson.

The 29 year old midfielder still has a year left to run on his current deal with the Whites, but has caught the eye of Palace manager Tony Pulis, according to the Sunday Mirror.

Former Manchester United man Richardson has scored eight goals in 49 games since joining Fulham from Sunderland two years ago.
