BOBBY Zamora admits Fulham's Europa League campaign is starting to take its toll.

Last night's 2-1 victory over Wolfsburg was Roy Hodgson's side 15th European match this season, and 52 nd in all competitions, with a fatigued Fulham conceding late on to leave their quarter-final on a knife edge heading into next week's second leg.

"I think it's starting to hit us," admitted the former West Ham forward.

"You can see with them as well when they played Berlin the other week they lost 5-1. It's hard, but we go into these games and dig in.

"We're pleased we're here, and wouldn't change that for the world."

Zamora's 18 th goal of the season and a Damien Duff effort after the break looked like giving the hosts a healthy lead to take to Germany, only for Alexander Madlung to hand Wolfsburg a lifeline in the dying seconds.

But Zamora insists Fulham are still in a good position to seal a spot in the semi-finals.

He added: "We're not worried, but it was disappointing to give that goal away right at the end. We're in a good position, and we would've taken that."
