Khan was named at 158 with a net worth of $8.2billion, moving up from last year where he was named at number 205 with a net worth of $6.5billion, while the year before he ranked at 360.
As well as owning Fulham, he owns NFL franchise the Jacksonville Jaguars who he bought for $770million in January 2012, and in September Forbes valued the franchise at $1.95billion, an increase of $850m from 2013.
To put his wealth into perspective, Forbes named Bill Gates as the richest man in the world with a staggering net worth of $86b, while Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Facebook, came in at fifth with a net worth of $56b.
The President of the US, Donald Trump, also featured on the list, but he ranked in at number 544 with a net worth of $3.5b, $4.7b less than Khan.
Khan recently named his son, Tony, as Vice Chairman of Fulham and Director of Football Operations, while he also holds the position of Senior Vice President, Football Technology and Analytics at the Jaguars.
